She is the best-selling author of 30 Days to Utopia Living: Unleash Abundance in Your Mind, Spirit, Body, and Relationships. She has been able to assist people worldwide to find a better way to live their lives by offering various classes offered at Utopia Spa & Global Wellness. She has expertise in coaching that ranges from emotional intelligence to financial coaching. In the age of virtual living, Utopia is a great place to take classes with people around the world and better your standards for yourself. Lauren Ash


In 2014, Lauren Ash founded Black Girl in Om, a website dedicated to helping women of color gain insight on taking better care of themselves through meditation, yoga, and thoughtful conversations. She is the host of the Black Girl in Om podcast, which has reached two million listeners, as well as tours the world to promote the importance of meditation and yoga for women of color. She has contributed her expertise to various wellness brands around the world from Forbes to Teen Vogue.

She is also the founder and CEO of Thrive Global, a multi-national media consulting company that is dedicated to stopping the burnout epidemic. Dr. Delana Wardlaw and Dr. Elana McDonald are identical twin doctors who grew up in North Philly. Both graduated together from Central High School, Temple University, and Penn State Medical School school and have separate medical practices in Philly dedicated to serving underserved people and encouraging them to be empowered health consumers. They were involved in the Black Doctors COVID-19 Consortium early on. They created TwinSisterDocs to promote health, wellness, self-advocacy, and address health disparities in underserved communities. The Twin Sister Docs have been featured on CNN, Fox News, and ABC.

Motherhood is an important part of any woman's life, and for many, it can be one of the most challenging times. Single mothers must face the troubles of a changing body along with financial insecurity as they take care of themselves and support children. Mama’s glow, founded by Latham Thomas, is dedicated to helping all mothers tackle the challenges of childbirth.
