Mindfulness Meditation

Meditation & Mindfulness practices are unique, simple and help to self-regulate by using one's own breath and awareness. Luna incorporates ancient Meditation traditions (Buddhist & Vedic) with modern, well-researched Mindfulness tools like Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) to help guide into finding what serves in the present moment & what one can let go! Practices are flexible and range from sitting, lying down, standing and even walking.
