As we navigate through the twists and turns of life, we encounter turbulent times that challenge our resilience and test our ability to thrive. Whether it's facing unexpected setbacks in our careers, adapting to changes in our personal lives, managing challenging relationships, or grappling with global uncertainties, these moments can leave us feeling overwhelmed, anxious, and unsure about the future.

During turbulent times, it's important to reach out to friends, family and loved ones for support and connection. Whether it's through phone calls, video chats, or socially distanced meetups, make an effort to stay connected with others and share your experiences. Connecting with others can provide comfort, validation, and a sense of belonging, helping you feel more resilient and supported during difficult times.  Remember, turbulent times won't last forever, but the skills and resilience you build during these times will stay with you for a lifetime.
