Nutrition-based sessions will focus on diet coaching, stress management, mindfulness and implementing healthy lifestyle practices. It all starts with uncovering your personal wellness goals and then applying the methods that will help get you there. If you have been wanting to make a change and take steps towards a happier and healthier version of yourself, these sessions are for you!

Vinyasa is a Yoga practice that focuses on linking breath to the movements. These sequences will flow through postures to wake up all muscle groups while building heat in the body. Modifications and alignment cues will be offered throughout. Vinyasa Yoga strengthens the connection between mind and body and will leave you with a calm and grounded energy for the rest of your day.

Thursday 6:30 pm ET  30 mins.

Vinyasa Yoga

Friday  12:00 pm ET  30 mins.
