Utopia Global Wellness (UGW) is a digital wellness platform addressing global burnout and the future of work, wellness and inclusion - by offering virtual live and 24/7 streaming of wellness classes such as mental health, emotional wellness, nutritional coaching, mindfulness, yoga, pilates, movement, wellness and inclusion workshops, and retreats (global and virtual off-sites).
